2. What’s included

• Design and build of a direct-booking website for your property, with your photos, text and prices.
• Hosting, SSL certificate, backups, updates and technical maintenance.
• A domain: a new one registered in your name (registration/renewal cost up to €15/year included) or your existing one, connected to the site.
• Your owner dashboard (calendar, bookings, messages, prices, analytics).
• Up to 2 content edits a month done by us (changes to text, photos or prices). Unused edits don’t roll over. Bigger jobs (e.g. new pages or a redesign) are quoted separately and only done if you accept.
• A booking and payment form connected to your own Stripe account.

Several properties, hotels or complexes are not covered by this plan and are quoted separately.

3. Price and payment

• €29/month. You pay €29 when you register.
• The next payment is one month after the day we hand over your finished, live site, then each month on that date, in advance, to the card saved with Stripe. Example: pay on 10 October, site live on 17 October → next payment 17 November. Stripe emails you a receipt after every charge.
• If your chosen domain costs more than €15/year, the difference is added as a one-time amount when you register (shown before you pay) and, about 3 months before each yearly renewal, to the next monthly charge — we always email you first.
• No VAT charged — the seller applies the small business scheme (SVS) in Lithuania: prices are final and invoices carry no VAT.
• Reverse charge. For business customers in another EU country with a valid VAT number, the service is taxed in the customer’s country under the reverse-charge mechanism (Art. 196 of Directive 2006/112/EC): the invoice carries no VAT and the customer accounts for it.
• If we change the price, we’ll tell you by email at least 30 days in advance; you can cancel before it applies.
• If a charge fails we’ll let you know. If it isn’t resolved within 14 days we may suspend the site until it is.

4. Delivery

After payment we contact you within one working day. Your site is typically online within about 7 working days after we receive your photos and details; that is an estimate, not a guaranteed deadline, and depends on you sending the material and — if you already own a domain — changing its nameservers. The site counts as delivered when it is published (on your domain or, if the domain switch is waiting on you, on a temporary address) and we have told you by email. The next payment is one month after that day.

5. Your responsibilities

• You have the right to use the photos, text and logos you send us.
• Your property information is accurate and you comply with local short-term-rental rules (e.g. licence number).
• Your Stripe account and your relationship with guests (prices, cancellations, invoices to guests, tourist taxes) are your responsibility.
• You keep your owner-dashboard login safe.

6. Guest payments

Guests pay directly into your own Stripe account. We are not a party to that payment, we never hold it and we take no commission. Stripe’s fees are between you and Stripe.

We are only the technology provider of your website and booking tool. We are not a party to the contract between you and your guests, not a travel agent, intermediary or host of the accommodation, and we are not responsible for the accommodation itself, for guest stays or complaints, or for your legal, tax and registration obligations (licence, VAT and other taxes, invoices, tourist tax, guest registration, consumer rules towards guests). You are responsible for these, including guest claims arising from your property or bookings, unless they are caused by our breach of these terms.

7. Your domain

New domains are registered in your name; we only manage the technical side (DNS). If you already owned the domain, you remain its registrant. We never ask for your registrar password. If you leave, the domain stays yours and we help you transfer it or point it wherever you like.

8. Cancelling

Cancel anytime from your dashboard (admin.costacreativelab.com → Settings → Subscription) or by emailing info@costacreativelab.com. There is no minimum term. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for; partial months are not refunded. If you cancel before your site has been delivered, the subscription ends and nothing more is charged.

You can also cancel without logging in on our cancellation page: Cancel your subscription here (also linked at the bottom of every page). You get a confirmation of receipt by email straight away, with the date your cancellation takes effect.

9. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you are a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the day the contract is concluded (the day of your first payment), without giving a reason, by emailing info@costacreativelab.com (you may use the model withdrawal form in Annex I(B) of Directive 2011/83/EU, but you don’t have to).

When registering, you expressly asked us to start work immediately and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal once the website has been fully delivered. Therefore: if you withdraw within the 14 days, we refund your first payment minus an amount proportionate to the work done until you told us (at most that €29); and if the website has already been fully delivered within that period, you lose the right of withdrawal. Nothing beyond that €29 is charged before delivery.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough to send your withdrawal before the 14 days have passed. We refund you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of the day we receive your withdrawal, using the same means of payment you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

The easiest way is our online withdrawal function: Withdraw from contract here (also linked at the bottom of every page). Enter your name and the email you signed up with and press “Confirm withdrawal” — you get an acknowledgement of receipt by email straight away. You may also withdraw by email or by any other clear statement.

10. After cancellation

• Your site stays online until the end of the paid period, then it is taken offline.
• Your domain stays yours (see section 7).
• For 30 days afterwards you can ask us for a copy of your content, photos and booking records. After that we delete them, except what the law requires us to keep (e.g. invoices).

11. Termination by us

We may end the contract with 30 days’ notice by email, or immediately in case of non-payment unresolved after 14 days, illegal content or abuse of the service. If we end it through no fault of yours, we refund the unused part of the paid month.

12. Availability and technical changes

We do everything reasonable to keep your site available, but can’t guarantee uninterrupted operation: we rely on providers such as Cloudflare, Stripe and domain registries. We may improve or change technical aspects of the service as long as the essentials of what you signed up for don’t get worse.

13. Liability

We are liable without limit for intent or gross negligence, for harm to life or health, and wherever the law doesn’t allow a limitation. Otherwise, towards business customers, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the event. We are not liable for bookings lost because of third-party outages (Stripe, Cloudflare, registries, booking platforms) or for content you supply. If you are a consumer, this limit does not apply to you: we are liable in accordance with the law, and you keep all your statutory warranty and conformity rights.

14. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by Lithuanian law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts where you live. Send complaints to info@costacreativelab.com (we reply within 14 days). Consumers can also contact the Lithuanian State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT, vvtat.lrv.lt) or the European Consumer Centres Network; the EU ODR platform closed on 20 July 2025.

15. Personal data

We process your data as described in the Privacy Policy. For your guests’ data on your site, you are the controller and we are your processor: we process it only on your instructions and to provide the service, keep it confidential, use only the sub-processors listed in the privacy policy, help you respond to data-subject requests, and delete or return it when the contract ends.

16. Contract language

These terms are available in English, Spanish, Lithuanian, German, French, Italian, Polish, Dutch, Portuguese, Latvian and Estonian. You conclude the contract in the language of the page on which you register. All language versions have the same content and are equally binding; if they ever differ and you are a consumer, the meaning more favourable to you applies. We keep the text you accepted (with its version and date) and send you a copy on request.

17. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we’ll email you 30 days in advance. If you don’t agree, you can cancel before they take effect. Changes only apply for the future, never to a period you have already paid, and we make them only for a good reason, such as a change in the law, in what our providers charge or offer, or for security.
